This is a confidential strategy paper for the November 15 G-20 summit in Washington DC. This is not a new Bretton Woods in any sense, but rather a British-steered attempt to impose the dictatorship of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on the entire planet, wiping out all hope of economic recovery, the modernization of the developing countries, and national sovereignty at the same time.
Under this plan, the IMF would dictate the economic policies of all states. The IMF orthodoxy is austerity, sacrifice, deregulation, privatization, union busting, wage reductions, free trade, the race to the bottom, and prohibitions on advanced technologies. These policies would strangle humanity.
The Brazil-Russia-India-China bloc is reportedly objecting to putting so much power into the hands of the IMF, which is dominated by the US and the British, with Prime Minister Gordon Brown and Treasury Secretary Paulson of Goldman Sachs laying down the party line.
The new Chinese economic measures are the opposite of the bankers’ bailouts imposed so far in the wealthier countries. The Chinese will spend $585 billion on infrastructure, transportation, housing, and food production, with special attention to railroads, airports, and roads. The Chinese package is in the spirit of the Franklin D. Roosevelt New Deal, and it will maintain forward progress for China. The US $700 billion bailout and the UK and EU versions are a futile attempt to prop up the $1.5 quadrillion derivatives bubble. Sensible economic policy starts with wiping out the derivatives cancer.
The interest of humanity can only be served by preventing the Washington conference from carrying out the plan outlined below. If Russia, China, and the developing countries can mount an effective opposition, the world will divide into two blocs – a pro-derivatives, anti-production Malthusian-monetarist bloc, which will tend to fall behind because of its own policies; and, on the other hand, an anti-derivatives, pro-production bloc of nations seeking modern technology, and the full fruits of scienitific and economic progress. Persons of good will in all nations are encouraged to mobilize to make sure that their own country joins the pro-production, anti-derivatives bloc.
Preparations the for economic summit in Washington on November 15 are well advanced. Here are the five points which are currently on the agenda to be adopted by the invited heads of state. The overall philosophy is to continue globalization by reinforcing free trade and by creating a world economic government under the IMF.
The IMF Program Reads As Follows:
1) require the credit rating agencies to be registered and monitored and submit to rules of governance;
2) halt the principle of a convergence of accounting standards and re-examine the application of the fair market value rule in the financial field, so as to improve its coherence with the rules of prudence and conservatism;
3) to resolve that no market segment, territory, or financial institution shall escape from a proportionate and adequate regulation, or at the least, surveillance;
4) set up a code of conduct to avoid excessive risk-taking in the financial industry, including in the area of compensation. Supervisors will have to follow this code in evaluating the risk profiles of financial institutions;
5) to entrust to the IMF the primary responsibility, along with the FSF (Financial Stability Forum – Basel), to recommend the necessary measures to restore confidence and stability.
The IMF must be equipped with the essential resources and suitable instruments to support countries in difficulty, and to exert its role of macroeconomic surveillance to the fullest.

Τα γεγονότα των τελευταίων ημερών δείχνουν ότι η ψυχοπαθής αντιρωσική ομάδα του Zbigniew Brzezinski έχει πλέον το πάνω χέρι στα μυστικοσυμβούλια της Αγγλοαμερικάνικης οικονομικής ολιγαρχίας εκτοπίζονται την μέχρι σήμερα ηγεμονεύουσα ομάδα του George Shultz και των neocons.
Παρά το γεγονός ότι ο Τζώρτζ Μπούς και οι φίλοι του διοικούν ακόμα τον Λευκό Οίκο ο Brzezinski ασκεί πολιτικές σε συνεργασία με την CIA την οποία και ελέγχει.Ο Brzezinski επέστρεψε στην επικαιρότητα τους τελευταίους μήνες σαν συντονιστής της προεκλογικής καμπάνιας του Obama.
Αλλά δεν περιμένει το αποτέλεσμα των Προεδρικών εκλογών του Νοεμβρίου για να αναλάβει τις θέσεις κλειδιά της Κυβέρνησης των ΗΠΑ.Μαζί με τους συμμάχους του στην CIA κινείται για την εφαρμογή της πολιτικής του στρατηγικής πρίν ακόμη οι neocons τοποθετηθούν στο πίσω ράφι.Η προοπτική μιάς επίθεσης στο Ιράν η στην Συρία μειώνεται ενώ ο αυξάνεται ο κίνδυνος σύγκρουσης με την Ρωσία, την Κίνα και το Πακιστάν.
ΚΟΣΟΒΟ – Η μονομερής ανεξαρτησία του Κοσόβου άνοιξε ένα νέο μέτωπο κρίσης στην Ανατολική Ευρώπη που μπορεί να έχει πολύ δυσάρεστες επιπλοκές σε σχέση με την Ρωσία. Αυτό είναι το άρωμα της αντιρωσικής πολιτικής του Brzezinski .

Ο ΑΝΤΑΡΤΟΠΟΛΕΜΟΣ ΣΤΟ ΔΙΑΣΤΗΜΑ- Η κατάρριψη του δορυφόρου των ΗΠΑ πάνω από τον Ειρηνικό αποτελεί μια προκλητική στρατιωτική πράξη, που φέρει την σφραγίδα του Brzezinski , με στόχο να εκφοβίσει τόσο την Μόσχα όσο και το Πεκίνο. Αυτή η αλόγιστη και ανεύθυνη επίδειξη ισχύος μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε μια ανεξέλεγκτη κούρσα διαστημικών εξοπλισμών στο μέλλον.
ΣΥΡΙΑ- Στα πλαίσια της στρατηγικής περικύκλωσης της αντιπάλου Ρωσίας ο Brzezinski βρίσκεται στην Συρία ,επικεφαλής αντιπροσωπείας της RANDCo., με στόχο ,όχι την ειρήνευση της περιοχής, αλλά της άμεσης μείωσης της Ρωσικής επιρροής προς την Συρία περιλαμβανομένων και των ναυτικών ευκολιών που έχουν οι Ρώσοι σε αυτή τη χώρα.
Ο ΜΠΟΥΣ ΣΤΗΝ ΑΦΡΙΚΗ- Η επίσκεψη Μπούς σε πέντε χώρες της Αφρικής γίνεται χωρίς συγκεκριμένο σκοπό. Ο Brzezinski όμως γνωρίζει επακριβώς το τι θέλει. Θέλει να θέσει την Αφρική υπό τον έλεγχο της Διοίκησης των Ηνωμένων Αφρικανικών Πολιτειών(US–AFRICOM) με σκοπό να αποκόψει την Κίνα από όλες τις Αφρικανικές ενεργειακές πηγές. Με αυτό τον τρόπο η Κίνα θα αναγκαστεί να στραφεί ,λόγω του ελέγχου από τους Αγγλοαμερικάνους του Περσικού Κόλπου, στις ενεργειακές πηγές της Ανατολικής Σιβηρίας. Ο Brzezinski πιστεύει ότι με αυτό τον τρόπο οι Κινέζοι και οι Ρώσοι θα αντιπαρατεθούν σε στρατιωτικές περιπέτειες. Η κεντρική ιδέα είναι : ο Χίτλερ εναντίον του Στάλιν για να απαλλαγεί και από τους δύο. Αυτό το σκηνικό οδήγησε στο Δεύτερο Παγκόσμιο πόλεμο. Αυτή την φορά μπορεί να οδηγήσει στον Τρίτο Θερμοπυρηνικό Πόλεμο.
Η ΜΟΝΟΜΕΡΗΣ ΕΠΕΜΒΑΣΗ ΤΗΣ CIA ΣΤΟ ΠΑΚΙΣΤΑΝ- Ο Brzezinski έχει σαν στόχο να αποκόψει το Πεκίνο από την στρατηγική συνεργασία με το Πακιστάν, εξού και η στοχοποίηση αυτής της χώρας, με απώτερο στόχο την διάλυση του Συμφώνου Συνεργασίας της Σανγκάης.
Η ΠΤΩΣΗ ΤΗΣ ΙΤΑΛΙΚΗΣ ΚΥΒΕΡΝΗΣΗΣ- Η σύγκρουση του Brzezinski με την Ιταλική Κυβέρνηση του Πρόντι οφείλεται στο ότι η Ιταλία ξεκίνησε ένα πρόγραμμα ευρείας οικονομικής συνεργασίας με την Ρωσία, μέσω και της ΕΝΙ της ιταλικής εταιρίας πετρελαίου, ανταγωνίστριας των Αγγλοαμερικάνων. Η ανατροπή του Πρόντι μεθοδεύτηκε με κύριο μοχλό την BankofItaly.
ΑΣΤΥΝΟΜΙΚΕΣ ΜΕΘΟΔΟΙ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΕΞΑΛΕΙΨΗ ΤΩΝ ΑΝΤΑΓΩΝΙΣΤΩΝ ΤΟΥ OBAMA– Οι κινήσεις αυτές συνίστανται σε αποκαλύψεις εναντίον των αντιπάλων του Obama ώστε αυτός να μπορέσει να εκλεγεί άνετα στην Προεδρία των ΗΠΑ.
Θα πρέπει να σημειωθεί ιδιαίτερα ,σε σχέση με τα Ελληνικά δρώμενα, η αγαστή συνεργασία Brzezinski-Soros στο σχεδιασμό της αρπαγής της Προεδρικής υποψηφιότητας των Δημοκρατικών με τρόπο που ισοδυναμεί με ‘ρόζ επανάσταση’ η με ‘λαικό πραξικόπημα’.Δεν πρέπει πλέον να ανησυχούμε για τις δυναστείες Μπούς και Κλίντον , αλλά για την δυναστεία Brzezinski.
Ο Brzezinski είναι ιδρυτής της Τριμερούς Επιτροπής, μέλος του Συμβουλίου Εξωτερικών Υποθέσεων και ελέγχει την RANDCo. Είναι ο άνθρωπος που επέλεξε τον Κάρτερ σαν Πρόεδρο των ΗΠΑ στα μέσα του 1970. Το αποτέλεσμα της πολιτικής του Brzezinski το 1977-1981 ήταν καταστροφική για δυό δεκαετίες.
Με δεδομένο σήμερα την τρέχουσα κρίση του Αγγλοαμερικάνικου τραπεζικού και πιστωτικού συστήματος άλλη μια εφαρμογή της πολιτικής του Brzezinski μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε θερμοπυρηνικό πόλεμο με την Ρωσία.
Μετά από μερικούς μήνες πολιτικής Zbigniew Brzezinski η εποχή Μπούς και Neocons θα θυμίζει τις παλιές καλές μέρες.

Ανάμεσα στη Ρωσία και την Κίνα δεν υπάρχουν προκαταλήψεις
ην παραμονή της επίσημης επίσκεψης του στην Κίνα και της Συνόδου Κορυφής του Οργανισμού Συνεργασίας της Σαγκάης ο Πρόεδρος της Ρωσίας Βλαντιμίρ Πούτιν απευθύνθηκε προς τα πολλά εκατομμύρια των αναγνωστών μιάς από τις κεντρικές και με κύρος εκδόσεις του κόσμου – της εφημερίδας «Ζεμίν ζιμπάο». Μοιράστηκε τις εκτιμήσεις του για τις προοπτικές της εταιρικής σχέσης μεταξύ των δύο χωρών και τον ρόλο των ρωσοκινέζικων σχέσεων στο σύγχρονο κόσμο.
Οι σχέσεις ανάμεσα στη Ρωσία και την Κίνα είναι απαλλαγμένες από τις προκαταλήψεις και τα στερεότυπα και, συνεπώς, είναι αποκλειστικά σταθερές και δεν εξαρτούνται από τις πρόσκαιρες συγκαιρίες. Αυτό είναι εξαιρετικά πολύτιμο στον σύγχρονο κόσμο, όπου είναι ανάγλυφα αισθητή η έλλειψη σταθερότητας και αμοιβαίας εμπιστοσύνης. Ο Πρόεδρος της Ρωσίας Βλαντίμιρ Πούτιν εξέφρασε αυτή τη γνώμη σε άρθρο, που δημοσιευθηκε την Τρίτη στην εφημερίδα «Ζεμίν Ζιμπάο». Οι ρωσοκινέζικες σχέσεις, σύμφωνα με τον Βλαντίμιρ Πούτιν, θερούνταο αντάξια παράδειγμα των διακρατικών σχέσεων νέου τύπου. Η Μόσχα και το Πεκίνο πολύ εύκολα βρίσκουν κοινή γλώσσα, επεξεργάζονται κοινή τακτική και στρατηγική στο πλαίσιο των διεθνών συζητήσεων. Οι θέσεις τους βασίζονται πάνω στις αρχές της ευθύνης και του απόλυτου σεβασμού των συμφερόντων του άλλου.
Η στρατηγική συνεργασία της Ρωσίας και της Κίνας είναι δραστικός παράγοντας, που ενισχύει την περιφερειακή και την παγκόσμια σταθερότητα,- τόνισε ο Βλαντίμιρ Πούτιν. Ακριβώς αυτή τη λογική ακολουθεί η πολιτική της ενίσχυσης της συνεργασίας στο πλαίσιο του Οργανισμού Συνεργασίας της Σαγκάης, ο οποίος εόρτασε πέρυσι την δέκατη επέτειο από την ίδρυσή του.
Σε μεγάλο βαθμό χάρη στις προσπάθειες των μελών του Οργανισμού Συνεργασίας της Σαγκάης και στη συνεργασία τους με ευρύ κύκλο ξένων εταίρων, έγινε δυνατή η εκτόνωση της τρομοκρατικής δραστηριότητας στην περιοχή. Αντικείμενο της κοινής ανησυχίας μας είναι η κατάσταση στο Αφγανιστάν. Ο Οργανισμός Συνεργασίας της Σαγκάης προσφέρει μεγάλη βοήθεια στον αφγανικό λαό στις προσπάθειές του για την αναγέννηση αυτής της πολυβασανισμένης χώρας.
Ο Πούτιν επισήμανε την ανάγκη της ενίσχυσης της πολιτικής συνεργασίας στο πλαίσιο του Οργανισμού Συνεργασίας της Σαγκάης με την δραστήρια συνεργασία στον τομέα της οικονομιας. Ο Οργανισμός είναι σε θέση να υλοποιεί πολύ μεγάλα κοινά σχέδια. Τα ρωσοκινέζικα σχέδια στον ενεργειακό τομέα, π.χ., αλλάζουν ριζικά όλη την δομή της παγκόσμιας ενεργειακής αγοράς. Για την Κίνα αυτό σημαίνει ενίσχυση της σταθερότητάς της και διαφοροποίηση των προμηθειών ενεργειακών πόρων για τις εσωτερικές της ανάγκες και για τη Ρωσία – εμφάνιση νέων εξαγωγικών διαδρόμων προς τη δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενη περιοχή της Ασίας και του Ειρηνικού.
Ανάμεσα στα αποτελέσματα, που έχουν επιτευχθεί μπορούμε να ξεχωρίσουμε ιδιαίτερα την έναρξη λειτουργίας του ρωσοκινέζικου αγωγού πετρελαίου, μέσω του οποίου πέρυσι διοχετεύτηκαν 15 εκατομμύρια τόνοι πετρελαίου, καθώς επίσης και την υπογραφή μακροπρόθεσμου – για 25 χρόνια- συμβολαίου για την παροχή της ρωσικής ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας στην Κίνα. Μεγάλες δυνατότητες δίνει η συνεργασία μας στον τομέα της αξιοποίησης του ειρηνικού ατόμου. Με τη ρωσική συμμετοχή έχει κατασκευαστεί η πρώτη μονάδα του ΑΗΣ του Τιαν Βαν, η οποία με βάση τα αποτελέσματα της δοκιμαστικής αξιολόγησης (στρες τεστ) αναγνωρίστηκε η πιο ασφαλής στην Κίνα. Πέρυσι με τη βοήθεια των ειδικών της Ρωσίας στην Κίνα τέθηκε σε λειτουργία ο πειραματικός αντιδραστήρας ταχέων νετρονίων. Έτσι, η Κίνα έγινε η τέταρτη στον κόσμο χώρα, μετά τη Ρωσία, την Ιαπωνία και τη Γαλλία, που κατέχει τέτοια τεχνολογία.
Κινητήρια δύναμη των ρωσοκινέζικων σχέσεων, κατά τη γνώμη του Βλαντίμιρ Πούτιν, είναι η φιλία και η αλληλοκατανόηση ανάμεσα στους λαούς. Ο Πρόεδρος της Ρωσίας υπενθύμισε ότι με μεγάλη επιτυχία έγινε η ανταλλαγή των εθνικών Ετών – του Έτους της ρωσικής γλώσσας στην Κίνα και του ΄Ετους της κινέζικης γλώσσας στη Ρωσία. Την σκυτάλη αυτή την πήραν τώρα τα ΄Ετη τουρισμού.
Η επίσκεψη του αρχηγού του ρωσικού κράτους στο Πεκίνο πραγματοποιείται στις 5-6 Ιουνίου. Για τις μέρες αυτές έχουν προγραμματιστεί οι συνομιλίες του Πούτιν με τον Πρόεδρο της Κίνας Χου Ζιντάο, τον πρωθυπουργό Βεν Ζιαμπάο, τον αντιπρόεδρο της κυβέρνησης Σι Τζινπίνγκ, τον αναπληρωτή πρωθυπουργό Λι Κετσιάνγκ και τον πρόεδρο της μόνιμης Επιτροπής της Πανκινέζικης Συνέλευσης Λαϊκών Αντιπροσώπων Ου Μπανγκό.
στους λαούς δεν γίνεται πλέον με τα όπλα αλλά με την χρήση ειδικών τεχνικών που απευθύνονται στην συνείδηση του ανθρώπου.
Το σχέδιο προβλέπει έλεγχο του ανθρώπινου εγκεφάλου από τους συντονιστές της Παγκόσμιας Κυβέρνησης.
Ελέγχω τον ανθρώπινο εγκέφαλο σημαίνει, με απλά λόγια, ότι επιβάλλω τις απόψεις μου χρησιμοποιώντας την επανάληψη, τον φόβο, την ανασφάλεια.
Το μεγαλύτερο όπλο της Παγκόσμιας Κυβέρνησης είναι τα ελεγχόμενα από αυτήν ΜΜΕ και αυτό αποδεικνύεται από την απόφαση της για την δημιουργία της Παγκόσμιας Τηλεόρασης.
For the Balkans as general, look for war in 2009. It will start with increased violence against the EU and NATO in Kosovo from the drug cartels who run the failed statelete. With NATO on the retreat in Afghanistan, split over Russia, Serbia will finally take the move to re annex Kosovo and drive the KLA and Albanian mafia out of the region. This will be sparked by KLA Islamics starting more terror in southern Serbia and the threat against the Serb minority there.
The domino effect will be fast and furious.
Once NATO steps aside and does nothing to loose yet more troops to the Serb army, the signal will be clear. The KLA will flee into Greece, Makedonia and Albania. In Albania, they will destabilize the already weak government and the state, by the end of the year will be in the process of collapsing. Makedonia will find itself once more mired in a civil war. This time, though, a weak US will not be able to stop Makedonia’s neighbors from arming the Orthodox Christian state against the Islamic-Narco insurgency.
Greece will also find itself with an active Albanian insurgency, on a much higher level than the few violent incidents scattered so far. In the end, Greece will eject its Albanian workers and may even be drawn actively into the collapsing Albania, if for no other reason than to protect the 25% Orthodox Albanian minority.
In Bosnia, Srpska Republic, using the Kosovo standard, will declare independence and ask to return to Serbia’s borders. This will of course reignite the Bosnian three way civil war, for which all three sides are ready. NATO will attempt to stop the deterioration but after several violent incidents, member nations will withdraw their troops or remask them as UN observers.
Croatia and Serbia will meet once more on the battle field of Europe as Bosnia is equally flooded by a new wave of Arab and Pakistani Jihadists.

Well, well, well. What a couple of weeks. It is a strange and surreal feeling to watch your books of nearly two decades unfold before you on the TV screen and I can confirm that it gives you no satisfaction at all.
‘I told you so’ is far less the reaction than ‘What are we going to do about it?’
I have been banging out year after the year the two key coordinates that we need to understand to get a fix on what is truly happening in the world. These are (a) where those in control wish to take us and (b) the methods they use to get us there.
Put the two together and a world of apparent confusion, chaos and complexity takes on crystal clarity.
This is the structure of global tyranny that the bloodline families and their masters have been working for thousands of years to install:
There may be a few other elements, like a Middle Eastern Union, but this is basically it. In the end even the nation states would go as units of government to be replaced by smaller regions to disperse any unified response to the edifice of power above.
The main technique that is used to advance this agenda is what I call Problem-Reaction-Solution, which goes like this: Create a problem covertly and blame someone or something else for what you have secretly done; tell the people through an unquestioning and pathetic mainstream media the version of the problem you want the masses to believe; then openly offer, through changes in society, the ‘solution’ to the problem you have yourself created. This ‘solution’ is always the installation of more centralised control.
Take these simple coordinates and apply them to the events of the last few days and weeks and everything morphs into focus.
The banking ‘crash’ has been coldly designed to create the ‘problem’ that can lead to the ‘solution’ – a massive centralisation of power in the ‘private’ and ‘government’ banking systems, both of which are owned and controlled by the same network of families.
Look at that chart above and you will see ‘World Central Bank’, the body the Elite want to impose to control the entire global financial system. As a result of the economic turmoil, we are now seeing this being proposed to ‘solve the problem’ of the banking chaos and to ‘make sure it never happens again’.
They have not yet, to my knowledge, used the term ‘World Central Bank’, but that is precisely what they mean when they talk about a new structure to police the global banking system. This theme was summed up in a headline in the UK Daily Telegraph: Global financial crisis: does the world need a new banking ‘policeman’?
How appropriate that Britain’s Mr. Sleeze, Peter Mandelson, the man behind Tony Blair, was brought back into government this week by Prime Minister Gordon Brown as ‘Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform and President of the Board of Trade’. Note: Secretary of State for ‘Regulatory Reform’.
He’s been brought back at just the right moment to secure UK support for a global body to control the banking and financial system. He is not an elected Member of Parliament, but that’s no problem in a ‘democracy’ like Britain. Instead he’s been made a ‘life peer’ which secures him a seat in the unelected House of Lords and thus qualifies him to join the government.
Mandelson, the son of the advertising manager at The Jewish Chronicle, came back into government after serving four years as Trade Commissioner (unelected bureaucrat) with the European fascist dictatorship, sorry ‘Union’. His two previous roles in government ended with him being forced to resign over allegations of corruption.
This Illuminati gofer was installed just in time to deliver his ‘solution’ to the banking crisis: a new ‘machinery of global economic governance’, as he calls it. Gordon Brown himself said that global regulation was ‘urgently in need of modernisation and reform’ and the head of the International Monetary Fund has also called for a global organisation to police the financial system. We will see this theme constantly promoted.
As the Telegraph article said:
‘So, as the world’s central bankers gather this week in Washington DC for an IMF-World Bank conference to discuss the crisis, the big question they face is whether it is time to establish a global economic â¤policemanâ¤? to ensure the crash of 2008 can never be repeated.’
Classic Problem-Reaction-Solution.
But the banking crash has many other elements. These people rarely, if ever, do anything for just one reason. This is why connecting the dots across a vast series of subjects and events is so important to exposing the game.
Another coordinate that I have been stressing since around 1997 is China’s role in all of this. China is a massive centre for the conspiracy and in so many ways mirrors the global society these sick people seek to impose.
China has been incubating for hundreds of years being prepared for its role as a key player in these times we are now experiencing. I was told by an insider many years ago to watch for the emergence of China as an economic and military power because then the action would really start.
Well, here we are.
China’s ‘economic miracle’, based on slave labour that undercuts production costs across the world, has produced a mountain of money which has been used to buy foreign debt. It holds in excess of one trillion dollars worth of US Treasury bonds (debt) and debt of the US government mortgage lenders, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, recently saved from collapse by political intervention.
But even this trillion dollars doesn’t nearly tell the full story because it doesn’t include Chinese investment in private US corporations and the use by the Chinese government of third parties to hide the extent of its holdings.
Put it all together and China is gaining ever more control of the US economy and it can use this power to destroy what is left of the American financial system. If it sells its massive dollar holdings the value of the ‘mighty dollar’ will plummet and if its debt is not repaid it can claim American assets, yes government assets, just as a bank forecloses on your house if you don’t make the payments.
And the United States is now ten trillion dollars in debt with more being added by the minute. The ‘superpower’ is essentially bankrupt and at the mercy of its overseas creditors – especially China.
Given that the plan is for a war involving North America, Europe, Russia and China this takes on even greater significance, as does the involvement in the trillion-dollar (open chequebook) ‘bail out’ of US Treasury Secretary Henry ‘Hank’ Paulson. Who is picking up that debt?
On April 3rd this year, investigative reporter, Wayne Madsen (waynemadsenreport.com), highlighted a secret document detailing the sequence of events leading to martial law and a possible war. Madsen’s report said:
‘WMR has learned from knowledgeable sources within the US financial community that an alarming confidential and limited distribution document is circulating among senior members of Congress and their senior staff members that is warning of a bleak future for the United States if it does not quickly get its financial house in order. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is among those who have reportedly read the document.
The document is being called the «C & R» document because it reportedly states that if the United States defaults on loans and debt underwriting from China, Japan, and Russia, all of which are propping up the United States government financially, and the United States unilaterally cancels the debts, America can expect a war that will have disastrous results for the United States and the world. «Conflict» is the «C word» in the document.
The other scenario is that the federal government will be forced to drastically raise taxes in order to pay off debts to foreign countries to the point that the American people will react with a popular revolution against the government. «Revolution» is the document’s «R wordâ¤?.’

Paulson: China’s man?
Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson has major connections to China and he is also the bankers’ representative in government. Until 2006, Henry Paulson was the head of Goldman Sachs, a major influence in the ‘sub-prime’ mortgage debacle that is the official excuse for the ‘Credit Crunch’. Now, as Treasury Secretary, he is handing out trillions to the banking system he represents and no doubt will return to when he leaves office. He has even appointed another former Goldman Sachs executive, Neel Kashkari, to decide on who gets the money. For ‘Goldman Sachs’, by the way, read ‘Rothschild’.

Paulson is extremely close to the Chinese elite and, according to the Daily Telegraph, has visited China more than 70 times. All these connected facts are not coincidences. There is a plan unfolding here and it is happening on so many fronts.
This week the Bank of China announced it is buying a stake in the French bank LCF Rothschild and it says the two will develop private banking and asset-management services for China’s newly rich. Oh, I think there is just a little more to it than that.
China and other foreign interests increasingly own America and, as I have been saying for ten years or more, the idea has been to use America to destroy America, both militarily and financially.
The United States has long been employed to fire the bullets, financially and literally, but the gun is being loaded elsewhere, mostly in Europe. America has been brought to its knees through war and financial mayhem and that is exactly what was meant to happen.
Why? Look at that global government structure again. A world government, world army and world central bank cannot have total control if there is a ‘superpower’ with the political, military and economic strength to say ‘no’ to its decisions. America had to be destroyed and that is what Boy Bush was installed to secure by saying and signing anything he is told to.
Unfortunately, those programmed by the vision of ‘John Wayne America’, Democrat voters as well as Republicans, have been too blind to see what to some has been so blatant.
American financial and military power
Just before I left America this week, I heard how those opposing the trillion dollar (open chequebook) ‘bail out’ of US banks were threatened with martial law if the bill did not go through. US Representative Brad Sherman of California said:
‘… Many of us were told in private conversations that if we voted against this bill on Monday that the sky would fall, the market would drop two or three thousand points the first day and a couple of thousand on the second day, and a few members were even told that there would be martial law in America if we voted no.’
The structure is now in place for the military to police the streets of America when martial law is declared and then a whole list of presidential executive orders are triggered into action that will mean the very fascist dictatorship that some of us have long warned about. The same is planned in Britain and elsewhere when the people take to the streets in protest at what is happening.
Then there is the world army. I said in And The Truth Shall Set You Free, written in 1994, that the world army would be a fusion of the UN ‘peacekeeping’ forces and NATO. This week the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov revealed his ‘shock’ that the UN and NATO had secretly signed a cooperation agreement without all UN member states reading the draft.
This agreement declared that the two secretariats would work together with the common aim of ‘maintaining international security on the basis of the UN Charter and certain international directives’. Now, er, what could that mean?
Under the radar, at least the mainstream radar, so much has been going on while the masses watched the latest game or soap. How frustrating it has been to see the warnings ignored and ridiculed as today became ever closer.
Go to sleeeeep … stay asleeeeep …
This comatose public indifference has allowed the structures to be prepared to play out the agenda so fast once the button was pressed and the veil lifted. There was always going to be a time when all that has been hidden had to break the surface as the ‘new world’ was installed as a tranformation of global society.
It has been like gathering an army under cover of darkness and once dawn breaks the targets are attacked from all directions at the same time. ‘Where did all this come from?’, the targets cry, but it didn’t ‘come’ out of nowhere in that instant. It was prepared long before the strike came – while the people were sleeping.
The attack, in terms of the one now facing Planet Earth, has been in the making for thousands of years. The people have been unaware of this and, even when the warnings and supporting information came over the last 20 years, most either laughed or looked the other way.
Now the chickens are coming home and they are wearing jackboots.
Are we going to grasp the opportunity to act now that the game is being revealed by daily experience? Or is the human race so detached from consciousness that it will still close it’s eyes or freeze with fear?
We’ll soon see.
I sit here now utterly exhausted after five weeks of almost non-stop travelling and talking in Europe and then America. It is amazing how hard it hits you once you stop. But come Monday morning, and a couple of nights sleep, off we go again with renewed efforts. This is no time to tire, no time to give up on freedom in the face of the challeges we are now facing by the day.
Quite the opposite.
Yes, this is a time of challenge, but it is also offers a wonderful opportunity – IF enough backsides and sofas are willing to part company.

Ολα αυτά θα συμβούν λόγω της πρόσφατης κρίσης των ενυποθήκων δανείων που μαστίζει τις ΗΠΑ και που πιθανόν να μεταβληθεί σε κρίση των πιστωτικών καρτών το 2008.
Οι υψηλές τιμές του πετρελαίου θα οφελήσουν την οικονομία της Ρωσίας η οποία παρ΄όλα αυτά θα αντιμετωπίσει σοβαρά οικονομικά προβλήματα.
Η ύφεση της αμερικανικής οικονομίας θα προκαλέσει την μείωση της κατανάλωσης πετρελαίου και της τιμής του αντίστοιχα.
Βέβαια οι τιμές του πετρελαίου εξαρτώνται και απο τα πολιτικά γεγονότα.Μιά επίθεση των ΗΠΑ εναντίον του Ιράν θα εκτόξευε την τιμή του πετρελαίου στα 250$ το βαρέλι όπως προβλέπει η Standard & Poor’s.
Αξίζει να σημειωθεί οτι οι προβλέψεις της παραπάνω τράπεζας επαληθεύτηκαν επακριβώς γιά το έτος 2007.
